Offline Steam Activation
Follow Steps:
- We recommend disabling Windows updates permanently. If this is not possible, pause updates for a while through the Windows settings.
- Download Steam (if not installed) https://store.steampowered.com/about/
If installed, then install another Steam client in a separate folder. Let’s call it Steam Offline.
- Copy the SteamOffline.exe files and the config, userdata folders to the root of the Steam Offline folder.
- Run the Steam.exe file from the root of the Steam Offline folder. Enter the username and password of the received account and click the “Sing in” button.
- Steam should request code Steam Guard. To get the code follow the link https://apps.dgs.pm/guardcode
Insert the activation key received after purchase and click the button “Get Steam Guard”.
IMPORTANT!!! First of all, you need to request the Steam Guard code through Steam and only then through the activator, otherwise the code will not come.
- After successful authorization in our Steam account, go to the “LIBRARY” tab, find the game you are interested in in the list, and put it on download.
- After waiting for the game to finish loading, launch it. After entering the main menu of the game, You need to immediately exit it. You will adjust the control and graphics settings later after the instructions are fully followed.
ATTENTION!!! It is forbidden to be in the game online for more than 5 minutes. - Right-click on the game in the Steam library and open “Properties” on the “GENERAL” tab. Make sure that cloud saves are turned off.
- Switch to Steam offline mode as shown in the screenshot below.
- Activation completed. All subsequent launches of the game are strictly through the SteamOffline.exe file. For convenience, you can make a shortcut on the desktop.
If in the upper left menu there is an item “Go Online…” or there is an inscription “OFFLINE MODE”, then you did everything right.
ATTENTION!!! SteamOffline.exe launches Steam in offline mode, not the game. The game must be launched directly from the Steam Library.
ATTENTION!!! If you attempt to access the Steam library via Family Library Sharing, you will be automatically banned and refused further service.
P.S. Activation will break:
– when you reinstall / update Windows. In the case of Windows update, delete the latest updates through the “View update log”.
– when switching Steam to online mode.
– when you change any PC components.In case of problems, write to the seller on the trading platform.
