This guide on setting up Ubisoft Connect offline mode will help keep account functional. Even if the password on the account you purchased is changed, you will still be able to play offline.

  1. Download Ubisoft Connect (if not installed) https://ubisoftconnect.com

    IMPORTANT!!! Update from 15.01.2025

In the latest versions of Ubisoft Connect, the offline mode does not work. To restore it, download the older version of Ubisoft Connect using the following link: https://dgs.pm/old_uc

After downloading, extract the archive and copy the files, replacing the existing ones, into the Ubisoft Game Launcher folder.

The default path to the folder is:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher

  2. We recommend turning off Windows updates permanently. If this is not possible, pause updates temporarily through Windows settings.

  3. Download the file UplayActivator.exe to any convenient location (https://mega.nz/folder/bZkXnaBD#4crVpZYeKH1JJRcHwESr_w).
  4. Launch UplayActivator.exe, enter the received activation key and click the “Check activation key” button.

  5. Click the “Online Mode” button and wait until the activator logs into the purchased Ubisoft Connect account.

  6. Click the “Download” button and download the game. Be sure to wait until the game is FULLY downloaded.

  7. Launch the game and exit it immediately after loading the game menu (in case of problems with launching, check the integrity of the game files). If the game requires updates, install them. The game will not launch without the latest updates.

  8. Click the “Offline Mode” button in the activator. Ubisoft Connect should restart and write that it is offline. All subsequent launches of the game are carried out through the standard Ubisoft Connect shortcut.

  9. Download the UplayOffline.bat file to your desktop and use it to launch Ubisoft Connect in offline mode.

After running the file, your internet connection will be briefly disconnected for a few minutes. This is to protect against unplanned Ubisoft Connect updates.
